consumers that cannot be excluded; confirm the wording with counsel.
1. General position
Except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise, contributions to the SOVRA Protocol Round are final and non-refundable. All on-chain transactions are irreversible.
2. When a refund may be issued
- Rejected application: if your application is rejected after payment (e.g. failed KYC or restricted jurisdiction), the received amount will be returned, net of network and banking fees, to the originating wallet/account.
- Overpayment: amounts above your approved allocation may be returned.
- Mandatory legal rights: any withdrawal/cancellation right granted by law in your jurisdiction is honoured.
3. What is not refundable
- Market value changes of digital assets.
- Funds sent to an incorrect address or network by the contributor.
- Completed and approved allocations once tokens or claim rights are recorded.
4. How to request a review
Contact invest@sovraprotocol.com from your registered email with your Investor ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original source only, after identity and source verification.
