Template notice This document is a drafting template, not legal advice. Participation in the SOVRA Protocol Early Investor Round and any subsequent presale stage (the "Round") involves a high degree of risk. By participating you confirm that you understand and accept all of the risks described below and that you can bear the total loss of your contribution.

1. Total loss of capital

Digital assets are highly volatile and speculative. You may lose 100% of the funds you contribute. There is no guarantee of profit, value, return, or that SOVRA will ever have any market value.

2. No guarantee of listing or liquidity

There is no guarantee that SOVRA will be listed on any exchange, that any market will develop, or that you will be able to sell or transfer tokens at any price or at all.

3. Transfer restrictions and lock-ups

Tokens are subject to vesting, a TGE claim schedule, and may be non-transferable for extended periods. Transferability depends on factors outside your control, including protocol and mainnet readiness.

4. Technology and smart-contract risk

Smart contracts may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or fail. Audits reduce but do not eliminate risk. Loss of private keys, phishing, or sending funds to an incorrect address may result in irreversible loss.

5. Regulatory risk

The legal and regulatory treatment of digital assets is uncertain and evolving. New laws or enforcement actions may adversely affect the project, the token, or your ability to hold or transfer it. The Round is not available in restricted jurisdictions.

6. Project and execution risk

The roadmap is aspirational. Development may be delayed, changed, or abandoned. Forward looking statements are not promises and actual results may differ materially.

7. No advice

Nothing provided by SOVRA Protocol is investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You should consult your own professional advisers.

8. No refunds

Except where required by mandatory applicable law, contributions are final and non-refundable. See the Refund Policy.
