How the round works, end to end.

  1. Apply & create your account Submit investor details, country and indicative allocation.
  2. Complete KYC / AML Identity verification through our regulated provider.
  3. Team approval We review eligibility, jurisdiction and allocation.
  4. Payment instructions Pay via USDT, USDC, ETH or bank transfer to the verified collection address.
  5. Payment verification We confirm receipt (manual or automated on-chain monitoring).
  6. Allocation recorded Your SOVRA allocation and vesting schedule appear in your dashboard.
  7. Sign the Token Purchase Agreement Stored securely against your account.
  8. Claim after TGE Tokens are claimable through the vesting contract once it goes live.
