SOVRA Protocol Ltd. (“SOVRA”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you visit sovraprotocol.com, apply for the Early Investor Round, or use the investor portal.

Data we collect

• Account & application data — name, email, country, wallet address, allocation preferences, and KYC verification results when you apply or log in.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and security logs required to operate the site.
• Preferences — language selection stored locally via our self-hosted i18n engine (not Google Translate).

How we use data

We use personal data to process investor applications, perform KYC/AML checks, manage allocations and payments, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.

Third parties

We use Supabase for authentication and database services, and Sumsub (or equivalent) for identity verification when you start KYC from your dashboard. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and our data processing agreements.

Retention & security

We retain data as long as necessary for the Round, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. We apply technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, but no system is 100% secure.

Your rights
